How to integrate a Live agent to a Digital assistant

STEP 1:
Log in to kAIron and navigate to Chat woot integrations in the selected bot.

STEP 2:
To copy the API Access token, Go to Profile settings from your Chat-woot account.

STEP 3:
To get the Account ID, Go to Chat-woot Settings.

STEP 4:
Choose the Action or Intent to be triggered for the Live agent.

STEP 5:
Click save after making the necessary changes.

The bot is now successfully integrated with Chat-woot.

The Live agent can answer the questions to the user under the Conversations tab from chat-woot.
