You may integrate your Digital Assistant with Zendesk action as follows.
STEP 1: By selecting the admin centre from the top menu, you can generate a token from your Zendesk account in the first step.
STEP 2: Select Zendesk API under apps and integrations.
STEP 3: Enable the token access from the settings by providing a description for the token. Return to your Kairon account after copying the token.
STEP 4: Now, add the Zendesk action with the desired name and copied token value to a custom story.
